Mrs. Allison Goggans
Mrs. Goggans is honored to serve as the principal of Pepperell Primary School. This marks her first year in the role, following several years as the instructional assistant principal at Pepperell High School. Her career in education includes five years of teaching at Buford High School and sixteen years at Pepperell High School.
A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, Mrs. Goggans earned her Master’s degree in 2003 and later completed her Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree at Lincoln Memorial University in 2008. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her dedication and excellence in education, including being named STAR Teacher in both 2013 and 2017, and a finalist for Floyd County’s Teacher of the Year in 2013. Among all her achievements, she is especially proud of being named “Teacher with the Most School Spirit.”
Mrs. Goggans is married to Gabe Goggans, a 1992 graduate of Pepperell High School and a member of the 1990 State Championship Football Team. They are the proud parents of two Pepperell alumni, Preston and Eliot, who were active in athletics, honors courses, and school life throughout their time at PHS.
Mrs. Goggans believes wholeheartedly in the Pepperell community and its students. For her, it’s always a great day to be a Pepperell Dragon!
